My team works together and coordiates really well, but that is entirely due to my coworkers being dedicated and good at their jobs, not because of management.

WORKING FROM HOME ALLOWS ME THE FREEDOM TO FOCUS ON WORK AND NOT THE DETAILS OF COMMUTING/WORKING IN AN OFFICE

I am happy when I can solve problems, track files and paperwork and find solutions with SOPs and using information I have on hand.
