We all work together as a team
I love how fake they can be.
Great people but a lot of conflicts that go unsolved

The variety of what to choose all at reasonable cost.

If they treated all employees fairly and paid according to everyone
If they did a market analysis on on what other companies offer their employees for similar/same positions as well as widened the salary scale and increased salary increases
A raise definitely and to have a say on decisions
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each team member is a subject matter expert in their field and works according to their specialty.
We care and like to have fun.
Great teamwork and similar feelings regarding administration
Jar workers, dependable and like family.

Despite being an entirely remote environment, the company is always looking to improve its culture and employee engagement.
