How employees describe working at Advisor Group
The organization structure could use work
Lots of promises about work/life balance and great culture. In reality: there is rampant micro-management, shifting of blame to the hardest working teams, and zero accountability for execs. Company's HR dept. is openly hostile to it's employees. Just look at the multiple lawsuits.
not to comment anything this time
Understaffed, underpaid and unstable in reading all regulatory rules.
The comoany says and promises the right things, but fails to deliver. Lack of structure, mentorship, and nobody is held accountable
