What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, open door policy, nice
They listen to key contributors. They are comfortable not being the smartest in the room.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Trusting and investing in their teams. There are certain useless SVPs who have somehow managed to avoid all accountability by punching down and shifting blame. As long as this continues, there will be attrition.

Leading staff, provide clear direction and goals. Provide coaching and mentoring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary + bonus is my favorite parts
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HR's official policy that they will never compensate employees beyond what they term their "mid-range" for a role. This range is based on opaque industry compensation data and does not at all take into account the many specialized roles that exist at Osaic.
The firm did not keep wages at level with inflation. We simply have lost income at the rate of inflation. Tom Dick and Harry have raised their prices of goods and services to keep with inflation except AdvisorGroup. They think that inflation is 3%
Pay is less than at other firns and there is a lack of trust as the promises made dure the recruitment pricess are not delivered upon

Be more team oriented, not work as individual silos
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate team, direct reports are great!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Empathy, process improvement, accountability, respect, reasonable timelines.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Didn't have to go through a lot of interviews, just the HR person and hiring manager.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Fewer interviews, less haggling over compensation, more competitive compensation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Understaffed, underpaid and unstable in reading all regulatory rules.
Stressful environment, no clear direction on the path going forward. Get pulled in a lot of different directions
