communication, leading instead of talking down to everyone, honestly the direct team leadership should not be in management or leadership roles, they are incompetent, disrespectful and not trust worthy

the only good thing about my team is those of us who are not management or the 3 team leads because not a single one of us are anything like them we come to work to do our jobs and try to enjoy our time with each other so now management has required we only come to them not to each other
