My leader is transparent and relatable.

Everything very bad manager needs to go to school
Communication. Taking constructive criticism. Being truthful

The bonus structure and PTO benefit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The system is broken, you have to use their doctors. I went through three Primary care physicians in 2 years. Because they leave the organization
More money would be better

They are hardworking and very collaborative.
Good coworkers work in a bad company with bad leadership
My coworkers truly care about patients

Clicks, avoiding gossip, keeping in mind we are there for the patients

Culture aligns with my values.
When I clock out, I have been there for years and am actively looking to leave

Not feel like a factory
