Decent benefits. Very poor management... brown nosing gets you promoted not knowledge or education.
They claim to support the employees and doctors, but they dont. Communication is horrible. They claim to want feedback, but threaten anyone who says anything negative and brand them as disloyal. The CEO disrepects the doctors.
