They really listen and implement change

Communication. Providing adequate training. Providing leadership

The healthcare is really good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No praise. No team bonding.
Management runs the place like a prison camp. They want full time employees for a part time job!!!!!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
good people at the mid & lower levels
We work collaboratively and we like to go to shows together.
Everyone has each others back
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication. being supportive instead of back stabbing
Stop forcing us to work events we do not sign up for. Stop making us make ourselves available for 70% of shows ( 2 months in advance no less)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people look out for each other and like each other.
Nothing, no recognition, favoritism runs rampant.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership. Communication. Opiness to all personity and dicersity types.
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the time, was very excited.
They asked me very challenging questions and seem to put a lot of value on appreciation of music

Getting to go see a lot of shows and being creative.

We need an owner and a management team that wants to grow
Lack of communication. Forward movement. Leadership.
HR, managers and supervisors need to stop harassing us. They need to listen to what we have to say and stop being so negative.
Pay employees market rate for the jobs they are being asked to do. You are made to feel like the company is doing you a favor by employing you
