the company had just purchased us (a few months) before Covid lockdown. They paid us partial salaries for the time we were closed. We were all able to afford our healthcare coverage. They had been generous in the early days of the pandemic, use of PTO and even allowed to use more than was available.

leaving early once a week (when schedule allows).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are encouraged to express our opinion, even if they arent taken into consideration.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
we have good medical and flexible spending plans. we are also offered the option of 401k.
What did you like most about the interview process?
we were purchased by a corporation and they basically kept the staff as not interrupt the patient experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the immediate supervisor is hands on but the beyond the store manager, we have almost no contact with anyone else.
