What do you like best about the leadership team?
the immediate supervisor is hands on but the beyond the store manager, we have almost no contact with anyone else.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Share more transparency in pay ranges
Very few full time positions offered, and the company purposely keeps you below 30 hours because they don't want you to be eligible for benefits or overtime. They offer the minimum wage for a job that has way more responsibility than working at a McDonald's.

I am only a part time employee and think it would be nice if they offered health benefits to part time employees and offered higher pay.

Amazing people! The best you can find.
My team is very committed and professional. Our leader sets a clear tone: support one another so we can all win.
The part time team (not the higher ups) are wonderful to be around, despite how we are treated as employees.

I do not enjoy anytbing about my work culture or the environment.

Change the CFO and create a strategy on improving people's compensattions. Huge disparity
I work alone all day, in a somewhat bad part of town. There is nobody to assist me if something bad happens.
