What did you like most about the interview process?What I liked most about the interview process is that, out of our team of five, only two knew about hydroponics before, and it was great to share my knowledge and experience with the others.
What makes you most happy at work?I feel happiest at work when I see my plants growing with my care and effort.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The most positive thing about our company is that it provides a supportive environment and also gives benefits like ration to workers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Everything. under the roof, basically.
