Proper wages and promised raises.

The best things about my team are that we work with good cooperation , support each other, and maintain a positive environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our company is that it provides a supportive environment and also gives benefits like ration to workers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything. under the roof, basically.
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked most about the interview process is that, out of our team of five, only two knew about hydroponics before, and it was great to share my knowledge and experience with the others.
This is the only time of my employment where communication was clear even if it was littered with false promises.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Speed, communication, transparency, clarification on job descriptions
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel happiest at work when I see my plants growing with my care and effort.
My hourly coworker's willingness to persevere.
