What did you like most about the interview process? It was easy enough. I got plenty of feedback
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? There is plenty of ability to be flexible when family and life get in the way. Direct management generally works with you when you need it
What are some of the best things about your team?Very intelligent wonderul people. There is alot of history and knowledge to learn from
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? We are too expensive because we don't have enough trained people to do the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay raise structure is out dated and is causing people to just jump ship every 5-7 years. It's very annoying.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Literally everything. They are completely out of touch with reality and the business. This business is unique and throwing general 6-sigma business tactics isn't going to work. Leadership needs to stop talking and listen.
