- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay raise structure is out dated and is causing people to just jump ship every 5-7 years. It's very annoying.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Literally everything. They are completely out of touch with reality and the business. This business is unique and throwing general 6-sigma business tactics isn't going to work. Leadership needs to stop talking and listen.
