  • What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy enough. I got plenty of feedback

  • What are some of the best things about your team?
Very intelligent wonderul people. There is alot of history and knowledge to learn from

Constructive Feedback From Aerojet Rocketdyne Employees

  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are too expensive because we don't have enough trained people to do the work.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay raise structure is out dated and is causing people to just jump ship every 5-7 years. It's very annoying.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Literally everything. They are completely out of touch with reality and the business. This business is unique and throwing general 6-sigma business tactics isn't going to work. Leadership needs to stop talking and listen.
