Literally everything. They are completely out of touch with reality and the business. This business is unique and throwing general 6-sigma business tactics isn't going to work. Leadership needs to stop talking and listen.

Im very lucky to be a part of a great team of ppl on a new program. Leadship really needs to push back a bit on time lines getting PSR and EIDP's should be given longer than a day or two. Limited review time and the team works hard. Having the customer find any mistakes reflects badly on everyone.

I am well paid for my role. I feel like Aerojet Rocketdyne really focuses on equitable pay and pay for performance.

Pretty standard pay. No yearly bonus for me

The company takes care of the ppl that take care of the company! It shows with the incentive given in the package as a awhile!

Comprehensive health and welfare coverage with the ability to save in an HSA for future retiree health costs.

Pay raise structure is out dated and is causing people to just jump ship every 5-7 years. It's very annoying.

In all of the aerospace supply chain, this has got to be the cheapest company with respect to employees

The formal and openness to working remotely in 2023. Managers never have issues with people taking vacations. End of year company shutdown for 1.5 weeks from Christmas to new years

It depends on what building you're in and who you are around. The ones i work with everyday are wonderful and bring the positivity into the environment.

Proud of the quality and technical accomplishments of Aerojet Rocketdyne. We have earned the reputation for solving the engineering problems no one else can solve, with 100% mission success... but we are more expensive so we are always looking at affordability.

Helping each other succeed in my opinion is the best reward. Everybody wins.

We are too expensive because we don't have enough trained people to do the work.
