What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is plenty of ability to be flexible when family and life get in the way. Direct management generally works with you when you need it

If you work hard and do a good job, you can really grow in your career.

The formal and openness to working remotely in 2023. Managers never have issues with people taking vacations. End of year company shutdown for 1.5 weeks from Christmas to new years

It depends on what building you're in and who you are around. The ones i work with everyday are wonderful and bring the positivity into the environment.
