All the different managers I've worked with have been helpful and caring towards their employees. They're all dependable and I've felt like they have my back.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Literally everything. They are completely out of touch with reality and the business. This business is unique and throwing general 6-sigma business tactics isn't going to work. Leadership needs to stop talking and listen.
Im very lucky to be a part of a great team of ppl on a new program. Leadship really needs to push back a bit on time lines getting PSR and EIDP's should be given longer than a day or two. Limited review time and the team works hard. Having the customer find any mistakes reflects badly on everyone.
