1. Just click on the "UPLOAD INVOICES HERE" link in the email notification. When a package arrives in Miami without an invoice you will get an email requesting it. Simply click on the link and either copy and paste your invoice or upload a file. No login necessary. 2. Log into MyAero to see a list of your packages to upload the invoice. Click on the detail of your package and then click on the paperclip link to upload an invoice. 3. PreAlert the package. PreAlerting is by far the best method. To do this all you need is your original tracking number and your invoice. The tracking number is required when PreAlerting though. A. Log into MyAero and click the PreAlert button. B. PreAlert straight from aeropost.com/eis without having to log into MyAero. C. Download our App (Android, iPhone, Windows Phone or Blackberry) and make the PreAlert on the app. D. Email the tracking number and invoice to [email protected]. Note this last option is not immediate and it may take up to an hour for someone to manually PreAlert the package.

View ArticleIn general, a commercial invoice should contain enough information for a customs officer to determine if the goods being imported are admissible, and if so, what the correct Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification and rate of duty should be. There is no specific format for an invoice, however at a minimum, an invoice should: 1. Describe the item(s) clearly 2. Give the quantity 3. State the value (price paid, or value) 4. Shipper Info: Name & address of business or person sending the goods 5. Consignee Info: Name & address of business or person receiving the goods The importer will need to present the invoice to TortolaExpress/Aeropost by website upload (fastest processing), by email or in person in order for the package to be released from Miami. Should an invoice not be available, your shipper may create one here.(https://invoice-generator.com/#/) Please be advised that any such “created” invoice may require customs’ approval which could take up to one week to process.
