What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all stick together and act as a family.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding and providing better benefits and services for their employees.
Acting like decent human beings.
Keep their word. Bunch of liars and corrupted people who steal money from the employees
need better leaders not people who dont belong in the boss position. they dont know leadership or respect.
Admitting that there is a lot of work to do to be inclusive and caring. That our development depends on how much work they put in and not just having conversations that are meaningless without action.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the annual bonuses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They take 30% of your pay for very little.

We should be getting paid market value, I do not care about happy hours, unlimited eating drinking on our Cancun trip, and bonding with people who all they do is talk about each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we can all get along, if not we discuss the disagreement until its settled.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Read more paperwork and use thw guildlines
Not be back stabbers and liars
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lunch is the best honestly

It's toxic, no one really cares about one another unless you are part of a click. The moment you have an original idea you are shut down, especially if you are not white.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Nothing in my opinion to be Frankly honest.
