Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No increment after probation even if you did well. Gave excuses that there are room for improvement when there is nothing you did wrong when asked. Cannot be trusted. No integrity.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many cry babies that are in the company for too long and likely not able to survive anywhere. They are just workers not thinkers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management are constantly fighting each other at their level. Created so much politics among the mid and lower level workers. They need to look more clearly into who are playing political games and who are the real workers.
