What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone works together to get things done managers are all very helpful and friendly
My leaders are very approachable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating the agents like human beings and not robots. HR does not take complaints seriously, but punishes the agent to protect its supervisors and trainers. I see this company being sued in the near future.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
shift differential and the economical healthcare plan
That I have perks and pay a low cost copay to visit the emergency room
Paid time off is more than many people I know.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothing great about the team except for one or two members that are not phony
We all work together and do whatever we can to help one another

Better training across the board.
