The application and interview process were fine. The trainer was unprofessional and treated the trainees differently. HR is a joke and payroll is suspect to short you on your hours.

Nothing great about the team except for one or two members that are not phony
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating the agents like human beings and not robots. HR does not take complaints seriously, but punishes the agent to protect its supervisors and trainers. I see this company being sued in the near future.
