He served as Managing Director of Production Engineering of CLAAS KGaA mbH since 1996. Mr. Veltmaat gained experience in agricultural equipment manufacturing during his eleven year employment with Claas KGaA in Germany. Mr. Veltmaat has a degree in Engineering. Mr. Veltmaat holds an electrical engineering degree from Fachhochschule Braunschweig in Wolfenb???ttel, Germany.
