That they really care about each person as an individual and are always willing to help you in anyway they can, both professionally and personally .
The Leadership at agencyQ works hard to identify, keep, and grow key talent. They are also pretty transparent.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Love that the company closes for a week around the holidays and you are paid for this week
Entire compensation package is well balanced; good base with aggressive but not impossible upside.

What are some of the best things about your team?
the teams are very open, fun, and dependable. You never hear "that's not my job" instead you hear "is there anyway I can help"
The team is very talented and gets along very well with each other. Very little ego or politics among the staff.
