What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We operate at a pretty rapid pace but it usually doesn't feel that way. My coworkers are fun to be around and the company has lots of events and things to keep us re-charged and happy.

The pace is fast, but comfortable, because the work and the people are fun!

The owners are very accessible and seem to care about each employee.

Techie culture. Flexible work environment.
