What can this brand most improve?

I was in the store on Hwy N Appleton, WI. on Dec. 17th about 3:00. The girl with longer dark hair was very rude to an older lady that couldn't find her credit card. I realize the stress of the Holidays, but maybe some employees need more training in customer service.

so much worse then last employer, agropur cares about money not employees
