As the President of AIM Consulting, Nathan Eimers brings over 20 years of experience in delivering technology consulting and managed solutions. Nathan believes deeply in developing long-term relationships and has built his reputation on delivering people-first, client-first solutions with unparalleled service and a focus on results for clients of all shapes and sizes.

He is dedicated to developing a winning culture that is motivating, inspiring, and supportive. Nathan believes that the key to any well-run organization is to identify the right combination of qualified, motivated, accountable, and talented individuals. Giving them the tools, support, and inspiration, they need to achieve a common goal.

Nathan is originally from Minnesota, graduating from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He enjoys hunting and spending time with his wife and two daughters. A Midwesterner at heart, after 15 years in Seattle, he returned to Minneapolis to spearhead the opening of AIM Consulting Minneapolis back in 2014. As President of AIM, Nathan continues to expand the company into emerging markets such as Denver, Houston, and Chicago.
