Everything. Don’t have space here. Work harder, lecture less and help your property teams instead of getting rid of them when things go south because of your poor decision

They just dump all over their maintenance departments, when that's the only thing holding them up

we don't care just do it, don't care if its wrong, and no overtime, but you better come in after hours when called,,, for free I might add

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They want the customers to give us 5-star reviews, but don’t want to spend anything. No resident events, no holiday events for staff, they keep taking away services and adding charges. Always understaffed, we cannot provide proper customer servic
