Company culture is horrible, especially mid-management. Like many others here, I reiterate the lack of work/life balance and lack of autonomy at the property level. While site teams typically have to work extra hard, corporate does nothing, walks around looking important and scary.

no on call pay.. you work for free after hours. you should be glad to even have a job

Everything. Don’t have space here. Work harder, lecture less and help your property teams instead of getting rid of them when things go south because of your poor decision

What leadership,,, They all think there chiefs and no indians

Commissions, maybe salary though that is similar to other companies.

They just dump all over their maintenance departments, when that's the only thing holding them up

we don't care just do it, don't care if its wrong, and no overtime, but you better come in after hours when called,,, for free I might add
