Morale and culture is constantly down. There's a divide between front line staff and management/the leadership team.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The friendly and easy atmosphere that was created. I was made to feel very comfortable, which enabled me to talk with the utmost confidence.

Great family type atmosphere and a good diverse culture

More work in the diversity area and providing equal opportunity to everyone. Getting rid of favouritism and out with the who you know attitude rather what you know.
