Morale and culture is constantly down. There's a divide between front line staff and management/the leadership team.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The friendly and easy atmosphere that was created. I was made to feel very comfortable, which enabled me to talk with the utmost confidence.

Having great team players to support and care besides working for a multi-award winning airline and serving some great customers
