Leadership needs to get in touch with reality. They're clueless to what is really happening outside of their perfect little "Air"-Bubble. They would rather brag about "world leaders" they have met than actually work. The environment is one centered around bragging and "perfect" photos for Instagram.

Delivering consistent and direct feedback, developing strong talent that is dedicated and there for the greater good.

They make public comments about how the company will change--provide no additional resources to teams to follow through

The pay bands are ridiculous. They are obscured and set up in such a way so that someone a level lower than you can be making more than you.
