Their senior managers are now middle managers. They are the brains and workers. The new Senior Management takes all their credit and gives all the blame. Only the remaining dinosaurs are waiting this out so they can retire. Everyone else left or got let go.

ATP completely lost every employee that worked in IT prior to getting purchased by another company. New management has no idea what their job is and hires people just to blame for their own mistakes. They keep making changes based on not knowing how things work and keep making things worst.
