  • There is no team. Couple of guys control everything you do. No one is happy. They are experienced but they use that to tell people what a bad job you are doing instead or proving help.

  • Their senior managers are now middle managers. They are the brains and workers. The new Senior Management takes all their credit and gives all the blame. Only the remaining dinosaurs are waiting this out so they can retire. Everyone else left or got let go.
