Listening to their hosts/content creators.
Actually use the app. Listen to constructive feedback. We've been spinning the wheels for way too long. Time to get the rubber on the road and make some decisions that get this working properly. Get rid of people who can't get it done, especially leaders.

They don't speak up anymore because they know it's useless. If you don't just go along with what today's bright idea is it's not accepted. Why rock the boat?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A lot can be fixed if producers started to actually listen to their content creators. They like to pretend anyone can come to them whenever but then ignore and pass their qualms off to the company slack.
