Executive Bio

Mr. Stuart Scholly has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Security Division of Akamai Technologies, Inc. since February 2014. Mr. Scholly has more than 20 years of technology, product management, HealthCare IT and Life Sciences experience in product development and design, sales and marketing, customer support, quality assurance and consulting at companies such as Allscripts, MasterChart, Abbott and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. He served as the President of Prolexic Technologies Inc. since May 13, 2011. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Aptus Health, Inc. (Also known as Physicians Interactive, Inc.). He was responsible for Physician Interactives' creative services, business systems, software development and technical operations, including program management and customer service. He oversaw the development of the Relationship Management Platform and the Physician Marketing product lines and services. Prior to Physicians Interactive, he worked at Allscripts as a Vice President of Strategic Relationships and was responsible for eHealth strategies and partner relationships. He also served as a Vice President of Product Management from 2000 to 2004 and was responsible for the development of Allscripts TouchWorks electronic health record and electronic prescribing systems. He serves as a Director of NetSPI, Inc. He served as a Member of the original Allscripts design team that introduced the first wireless Windows PocketPC applications for healthcare. He is the 2010 Illinois Technology Association winner of the Spotlight Award, awarded to the Chief Technology Officer/Chief Information Officer for leadership and outstanding contributions in the application of information technology. He received his Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Science in Economics and English from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
