Open and transparent and very communicative
Our firm just got a new CEO. He seems very nice and has a good attitude about the future of the firm.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid fairly and I can work from home
I really like the attorneys I work for. They treat me above board and make sure I get a good raise every year. Also like the office location and the hours and the management is pretty good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The chair person says in an email you get a raise if the firm thinks you're valuable. Also pay is low compared to hours worked
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a very sharing culture here
Good group of people to work with. We all do different types of jobs but are willing to pitch in to help when needed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Very cliquish, hostile and toxic work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good group of people. Nice office and in very nice location.
