We are very collaborative on our team--everyone has a voice/input on best practices, processes, and ideas to streamline our jobs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel my suggestions and thoughts are heard and valued by the leadership team. I'm offered challenging and interesting work, and have been promoted. So different from some of the very large companies I've worked for where i felt like "just a number". This is like family!
