The compensation package is strongly connected with my personal results, so I really see how my achievements are respected by company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy about seeing how my actions and decisions help teams in delivering their work, increasing expertise and doing better and more complex projects.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is targeted to not make people nervous, so that they can show best results. Questions are specific and about latest technologies, so interviews are usually very interesting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being part of multiple teams, I'd say the most important good thing is that everyone tries to achieve his/her goals, which makes any team very productive and a comfortable place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company culture is very inclusive and supportive, which makes it easy to interact with anyone and help them get better day by day. The environment makes this a good place to focus on work and have some rest when you need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A very rare case, when company cares about employees in terms of their professional and personal growth—and that's part of my responsibility. This leads to number of professionals growing from day to day, making Akvelon a very comfortable place to work, since teams get better and better.
