We have great mental health resources!

Total comp, benefits, work life balance

Benefits (especially health insurance) is good.

Compensation is not competitive in the tech space. I routinely see jobs where the entire pay range is above my current salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In the market I can go and easily make 20k more, but when asking for raises you are scoffed at and constantly told that the CEO does not like people who ask for raises.
