Leadership is sharp and strong on their feet
Openness and transparency, conservative financials

That I get a paycheck
Salary and employee swag/giveaways + office perks
Stock options and remote work flexibility
Comp is based on market research and very fairly determined, with good bonuses and valuable stock.

Strong workplace experience, support and provide opportunities for gathering. Excellent events

The company represents that they have good core values - and they do on paper. they need to start actually living them
