Leadership is like kids in a playground, and remains an ole boys network, which is so 1980s

The company's compensative package is one of the highest that I have seen in the business

I think we should be paid more.

For interal poditions? Is bad they are not much open to hire internally

ability to contribute and make a change in world's safety.
Seeing things go in a way to make the company more profits
a lot of challenges and opportunities to learn
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management are focused on profit and nothing else. They have offloaded all parts of the company execpt maybe 2 parts, lithium and bromine, which are cash cows. Emplyess are not valued
Just need a better compensation package, then it would be fine
