Manager is terrible and unproductive

They really need to be much more active.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and benefits are well above expectations for a startup
Full medical and dental, 401K match, 15 vacation days to start.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't earn enough to pay for my expenses in this area.

I was greatful and lucky to have an awesome manager.
Kindness friendly very outgoing people

Just been able to come together from work
Happy hours and fun events to release the stress of working here.

It was fairly fast -- i didnt feel like It was dragged out.
Casual conversation, not too stuffy.
The people seemed interested to have me on board.

Going home just overall being outside like and just being friendly
The challenges are rewarding to meet.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer support cant keep up with growing issues submitted by users. Its a bit out of control.
