Neutral. I was grateful to have a job and found it easy to move up within the company once you made good connections. The company was transparent on the state of the business and we continued having layoffs, decrease pay or a 4 day work week.

Easy laid back interview environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The sense of being a team. My manager ensured we always had team building meeting and events. But this experience depends on the manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team depended on the department. In my specific department, the leadership team was good on training, advancing within the company and being transparent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits were not that great. The health insurance was really expensive. The 401k match could of been a bit higher. The annual raise were insulting, about 0.10-0.25 per year.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There were a lot of layoffs at Adridge Pite in Delray Beach, FL which made a lot of the employees scared to go to work because it was a possibility of it being there last day. In order to keep some workers, they offered a lower wage which a lot of workers turned down.
