My counterparts are young, proactive, passionate as am I but are also growing tired of the leadership's shortcomings and how it effects our mental health

More transparent communication. While we are professionals and understand there are some topics that are not meant to be disclosed, there is an extreme air of secrecy that is unnecessary.
