Manager treating me like an actual person and acknowledged me would have helped.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less fake attitudes and manager blatantly showing favouritism and ignoring individuals they already chose not to like before getting to know them.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Interacting with their team. Be more inclusive to new hires and helpful towards them and not make them feel isolated from the team and helpless.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to stop talking so badly about everyone in the office behind their backs. Made me anxious about what could be said about me when I'm not there
