There are no "teams" but only really groups of individuals. No team meetings and no good mentoring.
Too much metrics driven and not enough smart strategy or good management of people. Very insular to the security industry.
Strategy. Its crazy to base continued growth on a new product that isn't comparable to to the "legacy" product and costs 2X to 3X as much. No wonder adoption is far less than expected and a revenue shortfall resulted.
