What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have Silicon Valley experience and are savvy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Strategy. Its crazy to base continued growth on a new product that isn't comparable to to the "legacy" product and costs 2X to 3X as much. No wonder adoption is far less than expected and a revenue shortfall resulted.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
time off - flexible vacation policy and great holidays
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in workload doesn't mean you get a pay increase. However, if you perform & decrease your hours to that of a part-time you still receive a full-time compensation and benefit. No incentive to work harder and take on more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people with fantastic experience and attitudes.

There are no "teams" but only really groups of individuals. No team meetings and no good mentoring.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much metrics driven and not enough smart strategy or good management of people. Very insular to the security industry.
