Constructive Feedback From Alienvault Employees
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Increase in workload doesn't mean you get a pay increase. However, if you perform & decrease your hours to that of a part-time you still receive a full-time compensation and benefit. No incentive to work harder and take on more.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Strategy. Its crazy to base continued growth on a new product that isn't comparable to to the "legacy" product and costs 2X to 3X as much. No wonder adoption is far less than expected and a revenue shortfall resulted.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?There are no "teams" but only really groups of individuals. No team meetings and no good mentoring.
