What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good bonus. Not dependent on individual performance but overall firm growth. Good benefits

Anything is better than freelancing.

Very low cost to no cost monthly premium for PPO insurance. The company pays for the majority of it. Decent maternity/paternity leave. And, they reimburse up to a certain amount for fertility treatments.

Large bonus pool based on firm and personal success

Comprehensive, great benefits, generous bonus pool
