What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to my ideas and don't treat me like an inferior.
They are transparent, honest, and they actually care about their employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good bonus. Not dependent on individual performance but overall firm growth. Good benefits
Anything is better than freelancing.
Very low cost to no cost monthly premium for PPO insurance. The company pays for the majority of it. Decent maternity/paternity leave. And, they reimburse up to a certain amount for fertility treatments.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very down to earth and engaged
They listen to my ideas and share intellectual debate respectfully.
Everyone tries hard to be fair and equal. No one acts above another even those in the MD role.
Camaraderie. Personal skill set. Willing to work with the team based on personal capacity.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Generally not an excellent or high-performing group of coworkers. There are bright spots but those are few and far between
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People listen and don't judge irrationally.
Positivity and openness. The company strives hard for diversity and inclusion to the point we have an entire department dedicated to it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Actual culture would be good.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was truly conversational. I was made to feel competent. The interviews listened to my ideas and admitted hen they heard new things, and engaged me. It was okay when I didn't know something - I wasn't expected to be perfect, just responsible and curious.
It is in several phases.
The difficulty and cognitive and behavioral testing really narrows down on bad coworkers and poor performance.

Good flexibility to work remotely. Great offices, modern and well equipped.

My collegues and the possibility of growth.
Seeing colleagues/friends, getting to know colleagues from our other offices when they have a client in our vicinity.
