Anything is better than freelancing.
Very low cost to no cost monthly premium for PPO insurance. The company pays for the majority of it. Decent maternity/paternity leave. And, they reimburse up to a certain amount for fertility treatments.

Very down to earth and engaged
They listen to my ideas and share intellectual debate respectfully.
Everyone tries hard to be fair and equal. No one acts above another even those in the MD role.
Camaraderie. Personal skill set. Willing to work with the team based on personal capacity.
Generally not an excellent or high-performing group of coworkers. There are bright spots but those are few and far between
People listen and don't judge irrationally.
Positivity and openness. The company strives hard for diversity and inclusion to the point we have an entire department dedicated to it.

It was truly conversational. I was made to feel competent. The interviews listened to my ideas and admitted hen they heard new things, and engaged me. It was okay when I didn't know something - I wasn't expected to be perfect, just responsible and curious.
