The leadership team at Alkermes are all approachable and treat everyone equally. I have never seen a CEO know mostly everyone's name for a company this size. The leadership care about the employees that work here. The culture is really amazing and unique.

I work with a diverse team of professionals who actively seek to create and improve our research and educational offerings to clinicians for the benefits of patients. We collaborate in a way that always improves our work outcomes. It's a very positive experience, even as we problem-solve.
